Marriage with Third Country National

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR N.O.C. FOR MARRIAGE WITH THIRD COUNTRY NATIONAL IN INDONESIA

 

1. The bridegroom has to provide an original willingness letter (personal statement) and an original affidavit from his parents that he is not previously married and that he is authorized to marry an Indonesian girl (attach Parent’s CNIC copy). The affidavit has to be duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or Camp Offices in Provincial Capitals. In the case of a second marriage, a permission letter/Affidavit from his first wife attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would also be needed (attach 1st marriage certificate).

2. In the case of the first marriage, a certificate from the union council that the Pakistani citizen is unmarried in their record. The certificate has to be duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.

 

3. The original willingness letter (permission letter) of the parents of the girl that they allow their daughter to be married to the Pakistani man along with photocopies of their indent and their signatures on material Rp 10,000 stamp. In case the parent(s) of boy or girl passed away, an original and copy of the Death Certificate would be needed.

 

4. Family registration card or Kartu Keluarga of the Indonesian girl.

 

5. Identity Card of the girl and boy.

 

6. Original and copy of Surat Keterangan Untuk Nikah issued by Rt. Rw, Kelurahan dan KUA (Forms N1 to N5). (NOC for Nikah from relevant Regional Nikah Office in Indonesia). In the case of a second marriage, an original and copy of the Divorce certificate or Death Certificate of the previous/ late husband would also be needed.

 

7. The original willingness letter (statement letter) of the girl that is signed on material Rp 10,000 stamp that she intends to marry without force with Pakistani man and will not come to the Embassy in case of any dispute between them.

 

8. A photocopy of CNIC/NICOP and valid Pakistani Passport.

 

9. The presence of the groom and the bride are compulsory. *Maximum validity of affidavit from parents or wife / unmarried certificate/ permission letter from girl’s parents is 04 months. Documents issued before 04 months from the date of applying in the embassy will not be accepted.
