PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

 

Requirements for Machine Readable Passports for Applicants 18 Years of Age and Above

  • Personal appearance of the applicant(s). •Original Valid NICOP/CNIC along with a photocopy.

  • Original latest Pakistani passport along with a photocopy.

  • Proof of legal residence status in Indonesia (copy of Kitas/ visa/ Work permit)

  • No Objection Certificate for Government servants. Note:-

  • A married Female should have her Husband's Name on her CNIC/NICOP. Otherwise, Father's Name will be written on MRP. Requirements for Machine Readable Passports for Applicants below 18 Years of Age

  • Personal appearance of the applicant(s) along with their parents.

  • Original Valid NICOP/CNIC along with a photocopy.

  • Original latest Pakistani passport along with a photocopy.

  • Proof of legal residence status in Indonesia (copy of Kitas/ visa/ Work permit)

  • In case of Applicants below 18 Years of Age: Parental consent form signed by the parents in the embassy and the presence of Father and Mother of minors is mandatory. In case if father or mother is out of the country, an affidavit stating no objection on the issuance of a passport duly attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or its camp offices (if parent is in Pakistan) OR duly attested by the Pakistan embassy in the country where the parent is residing would be required.

 

Requirements for Lost Machine Readable Passport

  • Personal appearance of the applicant(s).

  • Detailed Police Report in the original.

  • Passport size Photograph (light blue background)

  • Original Valid NICOP/CNIC along with a photocopy.

  • Photocopy/Number of Lost Pakistani passport.

  • Proof of legal residence status in Indonesia (copy of Kitas/ visa/ Work permit)

  • No Objection Certificate for Government servant

Requirements for MRP newborn

Following are the steps to get an MRP passport for a newborn.

  •  Apply for NICOP online (www.id.nadra.gov.pk)

  •  After receiving the original NICOP, apply for MRP in Embassy along with all documents original and photocopy and child

  •  The presence of Father and Mother of minors is mandatory. In case if father or mother is out of the country, an affidavit stating no objection on the issuance of passport duly attested by the Pakistan embassy in that country would be required.
